Description
Using Wild garlic, Scottish rapeseed oil, local cheese and if we can forage them local cobnuts (usually nuts from around the world) We produce a fresh pesto that is fantastic as an alternative to a basil pesto on pasta, with oatcakes as a snack or as part of a picnic. We produce and freeze this product down in the main season and also pasteurise jars to offer year round availability.
